- What do you like best about the leadership team?Leadership is ok. Communicative and transparent. Some are more willing to hear and accept feedback from employees than others. Seem out of touch sometimes. They try to make sure everyone is happy but it feels like lip service because no real effort is made to even gauge employee satisfaction
- What makes you most happy at work?Project diversity and challenging problems to solve keep the job interesting. Results in plenty of knowledge sharing and constant leveling up and professional development. Coming up with creative solutions to complex problems helps career advancement and has helped many employees go to big companies
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Fun people make the environment highly enjoyable. Most people love their job and take pride in their work so they put a lot of effort into it and it shows. The "constant hustle" mentality can take a toll and rub people the wrong way if you aren't the "I love my job" type of person
