vacation accures based on your time at intact

40 hrs role over, but all hours should just be grouped into one bucket---I get why its split up, so employees will hesitate to take a "sick day" or a "PTO" day, but everyone just ends up grouping them. I personally hesitate to take a vacation because the team has no bandwidth as it is.
