401k match would be preferred.
401k could be better no stock options for all employees salary is on the lower end for junior-mid level

Engaging, supportive and driven by a common purpose

Team is always willing to help one another even cross projects, toolsets. There are no egos here.
The best things about the team at Intact is the ability to work collaboratively together but also be independently productive.
The team I work with is better than any I have been a member of before. Everyone is supportive of one another and always willing to help others when needed.
Collaboration. Genuine support and willingness to step up and help with anything at any time
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Could use more focus on outcomes and tasks at hand. Teams and initiatives get jumbled up and there is a strain on team members to produce across several different initiatives.

The managers were flexible, genuine, and had a real interest in getting to know me.
The interview process was 2 sided. I felt like I had the opportunity to interview Intact as much as they interviewed me.

401k matching, annual salary increase to match inflation.
