Literally the most talented, smart and caring people
This is one of the most collaborative and supportive teams I have ever worked with. Instead of quickly saying "no", all of my team members are quick to roll up their sleeves and lend a helping hand. People love talking things through for alternative opinions and ideas.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Could use more focus on outcomes and tasks at hand. Teams and initiatives get jumbled up and there is a strain on team members to produce across several different initiatives.
