The managers were flexible, genuine, and had a real interest in getting to know me.
The interview process was 2 sided. I felt like I had the opportunity to interview Intact as much as they interviewed me.

I like that it was different than most interviews I have had. It is not purely focused on your skills and experiences. It also focuses on who you are as a person.
It was intense, but the questions were valid.

They ask very thought provoking questions
I was interviewed by multiple people which gave the opportunity to hear about their experiences working for Intact. I really enjoyed the challenging questions vs. the typical interview questions I was getting at other places.
I liked that I was able to be myself, speak to my own strengths, goals, likes, and dislikes. I didn't feel like I had to fit the mold of a job listing. As I moved through the process it felt as though I was connecting with people of similar values, not proving that I was good enough for them.
It was done to maximize the use of time and the questions were much more interesting than the usual interview questions I've typically had to answer.
