Continued scheduling issues have caused a loss of employees and difficulty obtaining new employees. It would be beneficial to listen to your employees complaints - especially seasoned employees as many have left due to alternating schedules.

Neglect for off shifts the company is thriving and leaving the workers behind as rhe company profits and grows employees year over year are getting worse benefits little to no pay increase no bonuses we are told often the company is doing great but employees see nothing for hardwork
