Very bad olace to work. Nobody is on the same page. HR has some of the nastiest ladies I have ever met in the workplace. Sad because i was truly excited to start this job. This place was amazing when it was Greatbatch. Not so great these days

Being management. They hire people who have no idea how to help the company, just themselves.

More caring and understanding from are bosses

Continued scheduling issues have caused a loss of employees and difficulty obtaining new employees. It would be beneficial to listen to your employees complaints - especially seasoned employees as many have left due to alternating schedules.

  • Mass layoffs all happen on the same day. If you're not in the office you'll get laid off over the phone. People have been laid off while on vacation, while hiking on their day off, and even while at a funeral. "It's not personal, It's business."

  • By your ability to please the higher ups, doesn't take into account hard work, smart ideas, or success rates. Performing well on an account doesn't guarantee that you'll keep your job when a different account is lost. There have been a number of times where the people who lost the account are moved over to another existing account, and those people working on that account? Oh well, thanks your service.
