What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being management. They hire people who have no idea how to help the company, just themselves.
Career advancement is almost non existent no career path compensation is based on region instead of field of work
Leading and adapting to the current environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Nominal 401k match. Flex days, holiday days between Xmas and New Years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Continued scheduling issues have caused a loss of employees and difficulty obtaining new employees. It would be beneficial to listen to your employees complaints - especially seasoned employees as many have left due to alternating schedules.
Neglect for off shifts the company is thriving and leaving the workers behind as rhe company profits and grows employees year over year are getting worse benefits little to no pay increase no bonuses we are told often the company is doing great but employees see nothing for hardwork

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The respect my culture and we teach each other more about our different cultures
Positivity is very short lived once you realize how the company treats its employees
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More caring and understanding from are bosses
There's very little energy in the office. People come to work, put their heads down to get through the work and leave.

It was multiple interviews with different people

Going to work and knowing that I'm going to a healthy environment which feels like home

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Key leadership positions need to change. They're not current with the needs of todays business landscape. Management treats many employees very poorly.
