We use Bonusly, which enables us to give each other $$ as recognition - it really helps to keep the positive feedback flowing! I also love the monthly expense card that we get for coffee, snacks, or anything else that helps us do our best work.

As a remote company, the pay should be standardized and transparent for each role. Currently, the salaries are based on location, which can leave some folks with a much lower salary than their peers.

I sacrificed comp for a better work-life balance. I am paid about 30K under market value but that is a choice I made to come to Invision
