InVision Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Salary of course, unlimited holidays, being able to reward colleagues via bonusly, pex card

Review from Customer Success Dept

Competitive comp package overall and good monthly benefits for remote work (coffee budget, etc)

Review from Marketing Dept

salary and perks. Treat yourself perk is the best!

Review from Engineering Dept

I get a competitive salary with good perks on the side.

We use Bonusly, which enables us to give each other $$ as recognition - it really helps to keep the positive feedback flowing! I also love the monthly expense card that we get for coffee, snacks, or anything else that helps us do our best work.

Review from Customer Success Dept

When I started at InV, we were a larger company, and the benefits were great THEN. Now, we are smaller and my benefits are the same. I feel incredibly lucky to have the benefits and perks that I do.

Review from HR Dept

My role is typically underpaid and undervalued in most industries but the grind is real and the workload is often heavy. My favorite part about the InVision compensation package is that I feel accurately valued for the work I do!

Review from Finance Dept

Ability to expense health perk

Review from Customer Success Dept

Competitive to market comp here

Review from Finance Dept

Solid salary and a fair share of the company given my level and tenure.

100 Pex Visa Card to spend every month! love it. Additionally great package and attainable compensation.

Review from Sales Dept

Salary is highly competitive and the monthly stipend for snacks makes working from home a little more special. Unlimited PTO and ample company holidays are great too!

Review from Engineering Dept

Being paid a competitive base salary. Additional perks speak to the company's values and dedicate to being all distributed. eg, the monthly budget to buy food, drinks, or something else to treat yourself is really nice.

Review from Customer Success Dept

There are many; the package works well to support you in most aspects of your life. I'm a big fan of Bonusly, a great way to send and receive positive feedback that can be turned into money, vouchers or given to charity. Alongside, private healthcare and a Pex card.

Objectives are fair and management is committed to reward your hard work as well as performance

Review from Customer Success Dept

Health and Dental packages are fantastic, having stock options as well is such a bonus!

The whole package is amazing. Great base salary, plus a lot of human centered perks that help me be my best self.

Review from Design Dept

Comp package is generous. And wellness benefits/perks are beyond anything I've had at other companies (esp. startups).

Review from Customer Success Dept

Cash comp and the HSA desposit

Review from Operations Dept

The work / life balance.

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As a remote company, the pay should be standardized and transparent for each role. Currently, the salaries are based on location, which can leave some folks with a much lower salary than their peers.

I don't think my compensation is in line with other companies of a similar stage, based on my duties and my experience

Review from HR Dept

I sacrificed comp for a better work-life balance. I am paid about 30K under market value but that is a choice I made to come to Invision

Review from HR Dept

I believe I'm paid less because of my geographical location.

Review from Engineering Dept

Undercompensated compared to similar roles at other companies.

Review from Marketing Dept

Working remotely is used to justify lower salaries. If the company is truly output driven it shouldn't matter where you sit. I was told that we don't have bonuses as we are offered options. My equity stake would equate to a painfully small bonus even if the price multiplies. 0 for 3, unfortunately

Review from Finance Dept

Promotion and pay increase would be helpful. Or instituting a bonuses.

Review from Finance Dept

I wasn't paid at market value. I have to take a pay cut to take this job and was promised that they will increased my salary after a year. Taking this job is because I love the products and the culture. I guess it will be a wash plus it is 100% remote.

Review from Finance Dept

Base salary review - based on experience, skills, etc.
