Not sure. Iron Mountain almost seems to view everybody as disposable.

They were great.

I don’t know. Never worked from home.
Does Iron Mountain drug test or do a background check?
Yes. Both.
How innovative is Iron Mountain?
Hard to say. They do what they want to do the way they want to do it. There may be more innovative ways to do things, and there may be less.
What skills do you need to be successful in the Operations department at Iron Mountain?
Electrical and mechanical competence, willingness to work and learn.
Why work for Iron Mountain?
It’s a global company, should have plenty of revenue. And some locations may be better than others. Some not so much.

Poorly. I’m not aware of any lay offs, but there have been some terminations that were handled poorly. Like people being terminated and not being told what they did to get terminated.
