Not sure. Iron Mountain almost seems to view everybody as disposable.

I don’t know. Never worked from home.

Yes. Both.

Hard to say. They do what they want to do the way they want to do it. There may be more innovative ways to do things, and there may be less.

Electrical and mechanical competence, willingness to work and learn.

It’s a global company, should have plenty of revenue. And some locations may be better than others. Some not so much.

Poorly. I’m not aware of any lay offs, but there have been some terminations that were handled poorly. Like people being terminated and not being told what they did to get terminated.
