Managers dont really do anything. Theres no design of the architecture or product, just winging it. The CTO landed on a semi functioning product and has been just riding out that small success

Does Kargo drug test or do a background check?
No
What do people at Kargo think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
I think they all think the CEO is kind of obnoxious. Lots of eye rolling and when talking about him. He's good at promoting the company, doesn't have the technical chops to really understand everything that goes on behind the scenes.
Does Kargo have any remote positions?
Just offshore dev and qa teams.
How does Kargo make decisions around promotions?
With very little transparency or clarity.
How's the vacation policy at Kargo?
"Unlimited." They seem to mean it though as I had no problem taking over 20 days off in my first year.
