stop acting like old school C levels like everything is a spreadsheet formula and start considering the human aspect of things

unlimited paid time off, fully stocked in office kitchens, paid events, travel

you get paid more elsewhere as engineers. nepotism and bias get you further than skill here

try to be friendly more human, not just work, meetings and call it a day

HR is secret police, C levels need to acknowledge that covid is a disease and not a myth, proper structure of engineer flow

at kargo? not much. i work in at a different job now and the process of engineering is actually close to what it should be
