Overall, my experience is very positive. Yes, there are high expectations, but with such a positive culture, these expectations are very motivating. I truly feel a desire to work hard to contribute to the betterment of our company. Everyone is very welcoming and supportive of each other. It's great!

Overall I have had a wonderful experience with working here. I have grown a lot and increased my knowledge and capacity for service. There is always room for improvement and I think the KOTM is working towards that improvment.
