All areas are growing - and the company is suffering from some growing pains right now. There are more "to do's" than there are people to get it done. Recruiting workload is very heavy.

The organization is trying to promote the millenials in to leadership positions that they are likely not ready to assume. This is likely to erode the culture that has taken many years to develop.
