The monthly insurance cost is a bit more expensive that a larger company, which is to be expected. Emergency or accident cost is a larger burden on the employee; again, expected with a smaller company.

I strongly feel that I am underpaid for my qualification and experience. I have tried enough number of times to let the management know that I am underpaid for my level of experience and qualification but all efforts in vain.

LHP definitely offers competitive compensation packages, but the commission structure is a bit lackluster, or non-existent. A great incentive to employees, would be a bonus structure, or some incentive to make a few extra dollars at the end of the day.
