Ms. Mary Beth Morrissey has been Chief Accounting Officer at Liberty Property Trust since June 01, 2016 and serves as its Senior Vice President. Ms. Morrissey joined Liberty Property Trust and Rouse & Associates in 1986. Prior to that, Ms. Morrissey was an auditor with Price Waterhouse. She has a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business from Mount Saint Mary's College and is a certified public accountant.

Mr. Herman C. Fala has been the General Counsel and Secretary at Liberty Property Trust. since January 2014. Mr. Fala joins Liberty from Cozen O'Connor, where he chaired the firm's Real Estate Practice Group. Prior to joining Cozen O'Connor in 2009, he chaired the real estate department at WolfBlock, LLP, for ten years. Mr. Fala is the Chairman of the Real Estate Department and also chairs the REIT Practice Group and the Hospitality and Gaming Group. He was named a Partner at Liberty Property Trust in 1982. Mr. Fala has represented banks, pension funds, publicly traded companies, insurance companies, REITs and real estate developers in many local and national transactions, including complex acquisitions, mergers, financings, joint venture arrangements, leases, project finance transactions, syndications, public and private debt and equity placements and transactions involving the development and management of hotels, office buildings and other projects. He has extensive experience in the management, financing, acquisition, development and franchising of hotels. Mr. Fala is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Zell-Lurie Real Estate Center at the Wharton School. He serves on the Board of Directors of The Wilma Theater Company and was its Board Chairman from 1995 to 1997. Mr. Fala is on the Board of Directors of the Lawyers Club of Philadelphia and the Board of Directors of Central Philadelphia Development Corporation. He served as Chairman of the Real Property Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association in 1998. Mr. Fala served as the Editor-in-Chief of The Philadelphia Lawyer (published by the Philadelphia Bar Association). He is very active in civic and community affairs, particularly involving arts organizations. Mr. Fala acted as Editor of the Real Property Newsletter, published by the Philadelphia Bar Association and has served on numerous other committees of the Philadelphia Bar Association, including the Professional Responsibility Committee and the Executive Committee of the Real Property Section. He has written numerous articles for that publication. Mr. Fala is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and is listed in the Best Lawyers in America. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1974 and his B.S., summa cum laude, in Physics from the University of Notre Dame in 1971.

Mr. Michael T. Hagan, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Investment Officer at Liberty Property Trust since May 2005 and has been its Executive Vice President since 2011. Mr. Hagan, joined the Trust in 1989 and has served as Regional Controller for the Lehigh and Montgomery/Bucks regions, as Senior Vice President in charge of acquisitions and dispositions and as Vice President of Asset Management. Prior to joining the Trust, he worked at Toll Brothers, Inc., as Divisional Controller and with Franklin Realty Group as an Asset Manager. Mr. Hagan is a Certified Public Accountant. He has earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Business and a Master's degree in Finance from Temple University.

Ms. Bonnie S. Milavec serves as Senior Vice President and Assistant Secretary at Liberty Property Trust and has been its Senior Real Estate Counsel since July 06, 2016. Ms. Milavec served as Real Estate Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Liberty Property Trust until July 06, 2016. Ms. Milavec served as an Associate General Counsel to the University of Pittsburgh. She joined Liberty in 2006. She is responsible for legal aspects of Liberty's day-to-day real estate operations, including the acquisitions, sales, development and leasing of Liberty properties. She received her JD from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she served as a law review editor and her BA from Temple University School of Communications and Theater, in three years, summa cum laude. Ms. Milavec serves as a Member of the NAIOP Real Estate Law & Transactions Forum.

Mr. Greydon T. Sargent, III has been Senior Vice President of Construction and Development at Liberty Property Trust since June 2015. Mr. Sargent has more than a decade of experience at Prologis in Boston, where he served as Vice President and Development Manager for the multinational real estate investment trust, focusing on holdings in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and New England. He joined Prologis from Campanneli Companies in Braintree, Mass. where he was a real estate developer and project manager. Mr. Sargent holds his LEED AP+ certification and is a member of the American Society of Architectural Engineers, the American Institute of Steel Construction, the Roofing Contractors Institute, and the National Roofing Contractors Association.

Ms. Shelby Christensen serves as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Operations of Liberty Property Trust. Ms. Christensen joined Liberty in 1997 as senior property manager in the South Carolina region, assumed the role of regional property manager for the Mid-Atlantic region in 2001 and was appointed national director in 2005. Prior to joining Liberty, she served as property manager with Insignia Commercial Group and Premisys Real Estate Services and as a real estate accountant at Aronov Realty Company and HBW Group. She is a member of the BOMA National Advisory Council and serves on the BOMA Education Advisory Council and the Drexel University Property Management Industry Advisory Board. Ms. Christensen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Mr. John N. DiVall serves as Senior Vice President of Liberty Property Trust and has been its Market Officer of Arizona since November 23, 2016. Mr. DiVall served as City Manager of Wisconsin Office of Liberty Property Trust until November 23, 2016 and served as its Vice President. Mr. DiVall serves as President-Elect of the Wisconsin chapter of NAIOP. Mr. DiVall served as director of acquisitions for Kensington Advisors, as a loan specialist for Household International and worked in the acquisition department of Prudential Realty Group. He serves as Director of Wisconsin chapter of NAIOP and Commercial Association of REALTORS of Wisconsin. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1985 with a Bachelor's of Business Administration and also holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Mr. Steven E. Messaros has been Senior Vice President of Corporate & Process Strategy and Analysis of Liberty Property Trust since May 10, 2017. Mr. Messaros served as the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Liberty Property Trust until May 10, 2017. Mr. Messaros is responsible for developing and maintaining all management information systems and technology. He joined Liberty's predecessor, Rouse & Associates, in 1986 as accountant for the Chester County region and was promoted to vice president for Financial Services. He was on the audit staff of Price Waterhouse. He earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration in accounting at Temple University.

Mr. Joseph A. Trinkle, Joe has been Senior Vice President at Liberty Property Trust since April 2011 and serves as its Regional Director of South-West Region and served as its Regional Director of Central Region since April 2011. Mr. Trinkle is responsible for the Central Region supervising Liberty's growing operations in Phoenix, Houston, Minneapolis, Chicago and Milwaukee. Before this promotion in 2011, Mr. Trinkle served as Vice President and City Manager for Liberty's Houston office for five years and prior also served as Vice President and City Manager for Liberty's Michigan portfolio. Mr. Trinkle joined Liberty in 1996 as Director of development for Liberty's Lehigh Valley (PA) office. Prior to joining Liberty, he served as development and construction manager for Trammell Crow Company and a project manager/estimator for Turner Construction Company. Mr. Trinkle has a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University.
