Working at Lola has been such a joy. I know I am appreciated here and I feel very comfortable and secure. Everyone greets each other with a smile & even throughout the departments there is such a 'all in this together' feelings. I am thankful on the daily for applying here .. I feel awfully lucky.

Super helpful and transparent. They keep everyone in the loop and we all know we can feel 110% comfortable reaching out to anyone for help/guidance.

It really does feel like a family here. I don't feel uncomfortable reaching out to anyone here! We all help each other and it's just all in all a great work environment.

My personal favorite part is that the transportation plan pays 100% for my MBTA daily commutes. I used to spend about $200 a month and it is no longer a concern for me.

My team has weekly team meetings along with weekly meetings with our direct reports. This ensure total transparency in the company and we always know exactly where we stand, where we are improving and what we need to work on. It's an environment that encourages growth and wants us to be successful.

The interview process was in about 4 steps. An interview essay style, phone interview, in person interviews and a mock chat interview with a "customer". They really wanted it to be a two way street where they decided if I was the right fit & I could decide if they were the right fit for me.

I love coming to our office and seeing everyone. We work hard but we make sure to have a balance of fun as well. I love that our managers trust us and do not feel the need to look after us. We all have great relationships and I know I can talk difficult situations through with my peers for asolution
