What should I wear for an interview at Luma Health?

Overall, we care less about your clothes and more about the value you bring to the company through experience. However, always keep your professionalism.

Everything is talk to your manager first. We don’t have a full blown hr dept.

Easy if you are a top performer. Slowly you’ll naturally start to take on more. We’re a pretty flat org with not a lot of managers.
