Positive Reviews From Luma Health Employees

  • What are some of the best things about your team?
There are mant smart, good people. Most have left though
  • What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel I have a place on anyone’s team here not just my direct one
  • What makes you most happy at work?
Huge impact on culture, company, progress... everything.

Constructive Feedback From Luma Health Employees

  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Remove the toxic people at the top
  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership has missed the mark on growing a nimble company. While the C-suite isn't exactly the 'problem', it inevitably is their burden to set up the structures for the rest of the company
  • What would you most like to see improved at your company?
We have typical growing pains as any startup. I hope more structure gets in place otherwise this place may not stay as special as it is. Everyone knows where they stand but adding batches of new people can get things messed up.
