What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership has missed the mark on growing a nimble company. While the C-suite isn't exactly the 'problem', it inevitably is their burden to set up the structures for the rest of the company
What would you most like to see improved at your company?We have typical growing pains as any startup. I hope more structure gets in place otherwise this place may not stay as special as it is. Everyone knows where they stand but adding batches of new people can get things messed up.
