The team is always available when you need them. No question or request is too big or too small.
I think the leadership at luma is really awesome! they are inspiring by how much work they handle and how they manage to still find time for any questions about work, professional development and even just day to day problems for all employees. They respect transparency and hustle

Comps are on the lower end given location and role. Workload sets the curve though.

You can ask any question and get an honest answer
The common goal. it's an easy mission to get behind and everybody is here to try to get us there. Our product metrics are not just vanity metrics but real gaps being filled in the way patients access healthcare

I think a positive is the younger crowd outside of the sales department. They can withstand a lot more of the crazy workload and fast speed of change. Though they do not seem immune from the stress

What did you like most about the interview process?
My questions were answered quickly and swiftly.
It was very pleasant and professional. There were a few red flags but I met with everyone including the some of the founders and they sold the mission very well. They seemed to be genuine guys

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company is a mess internally, no one knows what they should be doing or what others are meant to be doing. Including the VPs! I heard the recruiter made other managers fill out reviews on this and other websites. You should not have to do that if there was nothing to improve.

I have friends at work. Not just coworkers.
Getting paid. And my manager is awesome. Also we're doing something meaningful.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
We have typical growing pains as any startup. I hope more structure gets in place otherwise this place may not stay as special as it is. Everyone knows where they stand but adding batches of new people can get things messed up.
