People work collaboratively and cross-functionally. People on other teams are always willing to help with projects.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are average, not great (from what I know of other companies). I wish we had a gym subsidy.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was a referral so I felt very welcomed. The people in leadership seemed passionate and real, which is what convinced me to take the position.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They give their employees the autonomy and independence to do their work but are there to help when needed. They do not micromanage and they put trust in their employees to put their best work forward. They lead by example - they are personable and very hard-working.
