Seeing the fruits of my very laborious labor turn into sweet accounts. Seeing the team develop into a more sophisticated team.

We communicate well and work hard - which is necessary because there is too much work to do for the size of the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone will say "transparent" because they always say they're transparent. But I'm going to deviate and say united - we are all united to our company mission.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Talking with the individuals - each person came from their area of expertise and my manager in particular stayed with me for an hour extra to ensure my questions were answered. He didn't want any haziness.
