It was very pleasant and professional. There were a few red flags but I met with everyone including the some of the founders and they sold the mission very well. They seemed to be genuine guys

The thing that I liked the most about their interview process was how quickly I received responses to questions and how fairly I was being treated. Even with very little professional experience, I was given the chance to explain where I would be most effective and how I could grow into the role.
Talking with the individuals - each person came from their area of expertise and my manager in particular stayed with me for an hour extra to ensure my questions were answered. He didn't want any haziness.
They were respectful of your time and gave you the ability to show your strengths beyond what your experience on paper says.
