The company is a mess internally, no one knows what they should be doing or what others are meant to be doing. Including the VPs! I heard the recruiter made other managers fill out reviews on this and other websites. You should not have to do that if there was nothing to improve.

We have typical growing pains as any startup. I hope more structure gets in place otherwise this place may not stay as special as it is. Everyone knows where they stand but adding batches of new people can get things messed up.
