A brand new employee is often paid more than someone who has been at the company for years. You need to actively make requests to get compensated fairly. Years of service and past accomplishments don't seem to matter. If that was considered and pay raises were provided morale would be higher.

When I started the salary was set at 48K. I proved myself and became a senior rep. Since then the entry-level salary has bumped to approx 55k. So there are newer reps making more money per hour than myself and I have been here for 2 years.
