The telecommunications industry is predominately male. Nexius is dedicated to changing the narrative by investing in and empowering our female employees. The Women Impacting the Smart Economy (WISE) program at Nexius is designed to create an environment where women thrive by building a network to share ideas, nurture career development, highlight growth opportunities and build rewarding professional relationships within the company. 

WISE has also developed WISEup, Women Impacting the Smart Economy Utilizing Partnerships, to provide women early on in their careers with the chance to learn from seasoned professionals at Nexius. The advisors of this program serve as mentors and resources to help protégés develop their careers. The WISE program produces multiple events per month, in addition to one-on-one mentorship opportunities, to help female employees connect, engage and grow together.
