We have a diverse culture of personalities, culture and languages! It's great getting to learn new perspectives and come together to create something great in this environment.
My coworkers! I love working with them and they inspire me to do great things.
The company has a true "family" feel. People are really nice and very willing to share their expertise and time with you.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better pay, supporting understaffed teams.
Its very plastic. Unless you are part of the network of friends there is no future there. Dont trust anything...and they are just spinning the truth to make you feel comfortable. Countless times I saw people promoted who looked the part...but did not perform the part above others.

I am happiest when I get to work alongside my team and make something great together. Our group projects are a culmination of so many things and I love to see it!
