I think it comes from my manager and his approach but he keeps everything open and chill while also being supportive. I think it's a wonderful environment when things can feel uneasy sometimes.

Everyone is willing to be all hands on deck to get things done and no matter what their position is within the company no task is too big or too small for them to tackle. They really embody the "We win together!" attitude =)
