In the Business Management (Contacts & Finance) area, professionals sit in cubicles, likely with 1 other person. It's not uncommon to see people with standing desks. If you are a manager or above you will have an office with a door. There is usually a community kitchen for employees.

No team outings other than to a bar for team members leaving. Retirement parties are pretty good though.

Vacations are in-line with defense industry standards. Approval to take vacation is subject to management approval.

They rarely promote, usually classify it as lateral move.
