Get leaner, demand more from support functions, figure out how to raise compensation
opportunities and chances. Priorities shift
Promotes collaboration and supporting our mission/customer.
They are transparent when it comes to telling their employees what is going on
politically correct in their communication
Caring and not micromanaging the employees
Listening to their employees goals
Teamwork and listening to employees
Bureaucratic. There is no hope for them.
Making hard decisions in a timely fashion
Medical and dental package presented
Health and dental coverage, 401k company match
They gave me what I negotiated.
it comes every two weeks
I can not complain about the pay
More compensation for what provided
There are no stock purchase or stock award plans at the middle management level. Healthcare benefits are average.
Receiving more than a 2% raise.
The pay was substantially substandard for what I was expected to do.
Higher salary with a bonus
they listen to what is being said
We work great together to solve
They work together to get things done
The good ones are good
They are proud to be directly producing products that defend the United States of America and further the Space Program. They are dedicated, creative, hard-working and make values-based decisions. They help and support one another.
Required to take training before being promoted to managers
Most of my internal interactions have to deal with solving internal problems, not customer solutions.
Less meetings and more efficiency. Management requires too many check ins.
We are all on different projects, we rarely interact.

There needs to be more team building.
Development opportunities are available and several formal development programs are in place to help employees grow
Right now nothing's positive about the environment and culture
The culture and environment are good
The most positive is remote work.
We have clear values that guide accepted behavior at the company and people are recognized for doing a good job.
They need to hire more people to get more stuff done.
Review from Engineering Dept
Everything. Inclusive environment is needed. More diverse management. Chances of growth and opportunity need to be more available. Acknowledgement of credentials such as degrees should be a thing but it is not. Low percent raises are a huge problem.
Review from Business Development Dept
More diversity and inclusion and a change of culture.

Fire all supervisors and bring in new fresh ideas.

The employees need to be empowered.
It has been too long to really evaluate this
The interview process is designed to give everyone a consistent/fair interview
They were transparent and asked challenging questions.
The interview panel was informal and put me at ease, so I was able to explain my skills and experience in such a way that they could adequately judge my expertise and also see my personality for a realistic assessment of fit for the position and the culture
The interview process was standard based on past experience.
Have the interviewer be someone who knows what the role consists of. My hiring manager didnt describe the tasks that I do on the daily basis. The job position described this role very differently
Less standard questions and understand the skills
Don't prime someone for their involvement into a better role, then deny them the opportunity.
Fire the HR department and start over with new employees.

Length of time to make a decision
Review from Engineering Dept
Working from home without monitoring devices and needing to have your camera on all the time. If you get your work done with the amount of time they provided. There are no issues. The company trusts their employees to be professional and I appreciate that.
Being able to get the work done for the day efficiently.
When people trust each other and we are executing consistently and accomplishing our goals
we play ping pong on free hours
Feeling that I contribute to project executions.
No stability in leadership, no clear path for the future, all based from poor communication
Not addressing the salary or issues that are preventing us from doing our job and then not giving feedback about what is being done
Everything is wrong. Anyhow it seems China will be formidable for them
Developers need more direct contact with both the customers and the end users of our products.
good communication would be nice and a general pass-down would be good.

The cool tech they produce for the government.
