Development opportunities are available and several formal development programs are in place to help employees grow
Right now nothing's positive about the environment and culture
The culture and environment are good
The most positive is remote work.
We have clear values that guide accepted behavior at the company and people are recognized for doing a good job.
They try to improve moral with social events.
A very diverse company with a positive spin on inclusivity.
Empowered to make decisions and collaboration is highly encouraged.
We are all one big team, and we are treated as such.

100% effort is given by 100% of my association 100% of the time.
Diversity and acceptance. It feels like theyre tryinng to involve everyone
Teamwork, opportunities and trusted relationships
The people!!! Management and supervisors are cool too.
The ability to work with my team and promote a culture of sustainability within our organic environment.
Everyone is a hard worker
That we dont have to deal with the upper managers on a daily basis
everyone is happy to be here and work on what we do
Management open-door policy. My coworkers are easy to get along with.
They encourage people to submit their ideas and take them seriously
All people mold together very well from all backgrounds and cultures

The employees need to be empowered.
They need to hire more people to get more stuff done.

Everything. Inclusive environment is needed. More diverse management. Chances of growth and opportunity need to be more available. Acknowledgement of credentials such as degrees should be a thing but it is not. Low percent raises are a huge problem.
Review from Business Development Dept
More diversity and inclusion and a change of culture.

Fire all supervisors and bring in new fresh ideas.
Review from IT Dept
Hard to say there is any magic bullet to solve the problem since most people there just do not care anymore. All they want to do is survive the next lay off wave or get the golden handshake and retire early.

Managers need to pay more attention to who is working on what and go to bat for team members that have the skills that might be needed elsewhere. Toot our horns people, we are HUGE assets!
Review from IT Dept
management is beginning to form a culture of "me first" and pitting people against each other
Review from Operations Dept
More focus on development and work life balance.
Review from Engineering Dept
Although NG claims they have a better culture than their competitors, I've worked at those competitors and they are fooling themselves. They are all the same company with different names. Due to the large amount of people migrating between companies. The "lifers" are drinking their own kool-aide.

Some of the profit needs to be fed back into the environment and culture. Update offices, buildings, parking. Make an effort to provide a better work/life balance
The leadership keep talking about engagement, but nothing really happens to improve anything
