It has been too long to really evaluate this
The interview process is designed to give everyone a consistent/fair interview
They were transparent and asked challenging questions.
The interview panel was informal and put me at ease, so I was able to explain my skills and experience in such a way that they could adequately judge my expertise and also see my personality for a realistic assessment of fit for the position and the culture
The interview process was standard based on past experience.
Each interviewer made me feel comfortable.
interview was pretty reasonably efficient
In person interviews give you a chance to observe the nuances of a person's behavior.
Review from Engineering Dept
Getting to meet the department leads.
I like when I was interviewing for the position with my company, that I was exposed to my management team and colleagues whom I would interact with on a daily basis.
The HR team is good
Nothing since the process is no longer the same
They are quick/efficient in the process
I was able to ask many questions to which they gave answers
It was very easy and even thou it was a panel of interviewers it went comfortably smooth
Review from Engineering Dept
Ease of conversation rather than feeling like an interrogation.
Scheduled, appropriate, on-time, follow-up, and expedient.
interacted with many levels of HR, management and staff. got a pretty idea of what the environment is like
Review from IT Dept
They were polite and professional.
How open they were to answering questikns
Have the interviewer be someone who knows what the role consists of. My hiring manager didnt describe the tasks that I do on the daily basis. The job position described this role very differently
Less standard questions and understand the skills
Don't prime someone for their involvement into a better role, then deny them the opportunity.
Fire the HR department and start over with new employees.
