Required to take training before being promoted to managers
Most of my internal interactions have to deal with solving internal problems, not customer solutions.
Less meetings and more efficiency. Management requires too many check ins.
We are all on different projects, we rarely interact.

More social interaction with coworkers
They tend to have a number of low performing employees that should really be move to better assignments for them or laid off. The performance evaluation process is close to worthless, as it pushes everyone to be average, providing very little incentive for most employees to excel.

A lot of meet are a waste of time do to the fact that the company will not deal with the issue at hand when it relates to one or more individuals. They end up making it a whole group meeting and it seems to be a waste.
