They are accessible. I have never felt that I couldn't walk over and say hello or chat with any of them. It makes for a really open culture in office when there is a social connection to leadership.

My favorite part about compensation at Periscope is all the company sponsored employee appreciation events (happy hours, team sports, karaoke, bowling, amazing race across SF, etc.)

Engineering interviews at Periscope Data involve actual pair programming, not just whiteboard and data structure interviews. Interviewee comfort is also a priority and it's nice that it starts with lunch with the team!
