Periscope Data is very much about managing to outcomes, so in any department at the company, work at home occasionally is completely fine, as long as you get your job done.

It's great! The company has a strong sense of teamwork, camaraderie, and fun. It doesn't hurt that Periscope is really winning in its market, but in addition to that, the team is happy and excited.

The two best company events I've ever attended! We had an Amazing Race earlier this year and in the fall we had a family picnic on the Friday of Fleet Week. They were both great team builders!
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Periscope Data by Sisense?
I've worked at several startups before this. I understand that every once in awhile it's all hands on deck and we, as a team, have to put in extra hours. That being said, the HR team encourages two weeks MINIMUM vacation, and my manager often asks me to plan time off to reset and recharge my battery. I genuinely appreciate the thoughtfulness.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Periscope Data by Sisense?
Everyone moves incredibly fast. I wish I had taken a few days off before I started. :)

Teams sit strategically near their key stakeholders. The office layout is actually very thoughtful. ADRs sit next to their assigned AE and the Solutions Team sits near engineering and product.

I consider our transparency a benefit. The leadership team shares board presentations with all the employees which help me understand the top level goals. This allows me to attribute my daily work to the company's overall metrics.
