What's the interview process like at Chartio?
Thoughtfully put together. Communication was great along the way. I appreciated meeting people from different teams and levels at Chartio. I interviewed with a mix of two person conversational interviews and 1:1 settings. I participated in a 30min phone screen and the onsite was under 3 hours. Time from interview to offer was very reasonable.
chaos. disorganized and frustrating for participants.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Chartio?
Top Employee Response
Get rid of the CEO, build the culture from there and around the employees that are left.
The team is in a really good spot right now. The team is really collaborative. Everyone is engaged and passionate. Great attention is placed on ensuring we maintain this as we grow. I think this is the only thing to watch out for.
What part of Chartio's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
I would say engineering, sales and customer success are growing the fastest. We do a good job at scaling all teams appropriately in our growth.
What interview questions does Chartio ask?
Top Employee Response
Recent developments have changed the interviews away from job requirements to cultural fit type of questions.
What's the company culture like at Chartio?
Pretty bad. The CEO is really doing a number on the company. Lack of leadership and the need for "Yes" men/women has resulted in high turnover of capable executives. The employees lack motivation, are frustrated, and are leaving in droves. In the CEO's word, if you don't like it - leave.
