Office is bustling with work and someone's wayyyy too loud for thought workers because of the "open office layout". The facilities are in somewhat poor shape and not reflective of its stature as an exciting billion dollar startup. Crowded!

Domo is very top down driven. Ideas that come from up top are always pushed as matter of fact and differening opinions are not allowed to exist--even in the face of data middle management fails to communicate it up or challenge ideas that might not be valid.
mostly it's a great culture. Very supportive and lots of freedom. The only bad comment would be how much of the company is centered around a cult of personality of the CEO. Instead of Domo it could be called "Josh James Inc." So many people spend so much time trying to get his attention it hurts the culture and productivity in a meaningful way.
