Basic management skills are lacking - they are wildly out of touch with the true feelings of most eymployees
Used to be a fun place to work. No longer valued. Lost its way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base salary plus commission is great
Good insurance coverage at a very low employee rate.
ESPP, Variable Commission, and Accelerators
The 401k match is huge
Benefits. Commissions could be better if the product was more well known.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lack of listening to the employee voice! Leadership talk a good game but don't connect with us on the ground! CEO does not allow his leadership team to step up! Still manages Domo like its a new start-up... It is time to focus on what he is good at! Sales, Clients! Not people management!

Great people! Many are so kind and supportive!
Everyone gets along well and everyone works towards the same goals.

I love the company culture and environment. It's mature, and almost everyone I work with is competent, intelligent, and friendly.

toxic, leadership is awful - always whats in it for them

Got to meet multiple team members and learn about how things worked.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Revamp the Exec leadership team! CEO move to Chairman and focus on his strengths as the founder, talking on a global scale about Domo! Allow senior leadership to step! Shoulder the responsibility and make their own decisions not be told what to do by the CEO! Get Global Guys!
