At the time I was being hired, inflation was still rising, my rent was the same as before but fast forward to today, rents gone up by 30% in my city. Given the shortage of labor market, I know i can make much more if i moved.However I enjoy the work I do here. A raise to keep up-with the times.

Athens in Greece is not a cheap city to leave in. Greek are getting paid much less compared to employees in other countries but the cost of leaving in Athens is quite expensive. How you can survive if the rent is 600 pm and your salary is 800-1000?

The Brand Content Strategist team is what primarily runs the product that Persado promotes. Being overworked, overlooked and underpaid makes me feel undervalued. The executive team always emphasizes that we should help them to make the product better but little is done to help support the BCS team.

1) Companies similar to Persado pay way better (in Greece). Persado is a great and big company. We should compare the average compensation with all companies in Greece, but with the big companies.
