In my role specifically, there are a lot of moving parts. I feel like the level of compensation and the level of work are not always entirely balanced.

Positions of equal or lesser work in the market right now are making between $17-$22 an hour. For the work that support has to put in to keep things running, I feel like we are worth more than $12 an hour.

The role can directly affect retention so it's level of importance, I think, should hold a reasonable compensation. Also, in comparison to similar roles with other organizations, it does seem below the standard.

I feel like I am doing more than my job description which should be recognized and paid accordingly. For all that I am doing, my pay isn't reflective.

I am not valued for the amount of responsibility that I have in my area of work. Also, I am not being paid fairly for the value I am delivering to the company. I would feel better about my compensation if I knew I was being paid at or above market value.

I am currently not receiving any benefits, and wages are decent but only moderately above minimum wage. With that being said, I love working here and truly value the company and what it stands for.
