I really love it here. The pace is lightning-fast, ideas are enacted vs shelved, the teams I work with are all top-shelf. I've learned a ton since starting here a little over a year ago, and I am never, ever bored or not excited to lean in every day.

Generally overworked. Leaders push too far and cut costs at the same time. Also, middle mgmt needs a facelift, you can't just rely on those managers to be good, you have to train them, no one is a natural-born middle manager...
