I feel valued but it's time for a promotion. I've received Kudos/shout outs on town hall for my hard work and dedication and I'd like to get compensated/recognized fairly. After being here for almost 2 years, it's time to recognize my worth with a well deserved promotion - keeping employees happy.

A better base pay would be good

The cost of benefits is high, I pay 3x what I used to at a former company. The bonus is only paid out 2x a year, but accounts for 20% of my OTE. The base salary and overall OTE is fair compared to other companies, but should be paid quarterly like other companies. Laptop I was given is useless.
