Education should pay the same as industry, but it does not. They expect work outside of scheduled time, and do not offer enough planning hours for teaching the courses.

They are oblivious to the experience the general employee has working at the company. The middle management is firmly meshed together, and they cover for each other. There is no point in bringing issues up because the protect eachother and nothing changes.
