What do you like best about the leadership team?

I feel like my manager coaches and builds us as a team. She motivates us in a way that inspires confidence and drive. Opportunity is given to grow and master my skill set.

Review from Operations Dept

Their willingness to assist us in any way they can.

Review from Operations Dept

Meetings that are transparent and we know the vision.

Review from Product Dept

My immediate leadership tries to put their best foot forward. It's not an easy role to be in, and they have a lot to oversee.

Review from Admin Dept

They stop and listen so that employees are heard.

Review from Operations Dept

I love the support and training that is given to all staff, as well as the energy they bring to the staff and students.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Review from Customer Support Dept

Mike Perry came into my classroom after a visit to the Ontario Campus and just talked with me and my class. It was awesome for me and the students!

Review from Customer Success Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication and transparency are an area where improvement is needed. Employee retention efforts are minimal. Employee pay is well below market averages.

Review from Admin Dept

need to get to know their staff that they supervise. Loosing too many key employees.

Review from Product Dept

Communication and support to the faculty as a whole.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Everything, I have been so unmotivated to come to work, that I am looking at other employment opportunities, that are willing to pay me more for less.

Review from Product Dept

Clear open communication with the campus level employees. Their input should matter.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The leadership team pretends to care about our department but has not taken one of our suggestions seriously. They say they care about diversity, but has been silent regarding many of the social issues currently happening. Their silence says it all. They have not returned many of my emails.

Providing support, active listening, providing quality training and mentoring. They lack support and set high expectations for the Fresno Admissions team. They do not care for us yet they expect results. They talk us down and do not care about us or what we have to say. They care about the goals.

Review from Sales Dept

Praise. Leadership always pushing for more, but praise is rare or nonexistent. I feel my works is overlooked and I am unappreciated.

Review from HR Dept

basic management skills and aptitude

Review from Engineering Dept

leadership needs to focus more on what us faculty does right and build from there and not only see the negative and try to "fix" it and forget about any positive.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Putting in the time to get to know people on the ground. It is frustrating to have corporate decisions made broadly that may not be the best for individual campuses.

Review from Admin Dept

They need to develop better relationships and communicate more. Team building activities and acknowledging employees for doing well .

Review from Sales Dept

I applied for aremote position and was forced to return to campus. I am the only here in my team, I cant afford to lose my job but I am failing being on campus and more stressed and living pay check to pay check and not seeing my son 12 hours a day

Review from Admin Dept

Campus Safety, as in taking it seriously. There is a real threat on campus and our doors are not secure and our security is minimal. We have homeless people that live in the bushes behind the building and there have been a lot of car break ins. Also one of our windows got shot out in the CJ Lab

Review from Admin Dept

Support and guidance. We are just thrown in . Very bad training to start . Once you get get them it seems easy but many new faculty go through this.

Review from Product Dept

listen to the employees with intention of doing something with the information rather than checking a box

Review from Customer Success Dept

Management Caring for employees as well as students

Review from Business Development Dept

incorporating more diverse viewpoints and opinions

Review from Admin Dept

Stop mandatory Over Time on the weekends. Every advisor stays late for their students during the week. What we get paid hourly in not nearly enough for all the tasks we have to complete throughout the day and weeks afterwards.

Review from Admin Dept

They are oblivious to the experience the general employee has working at the company. The middle management is firmly meshed together, and they cover for each other. There is no point in bringing issues up because the protect eachother and nothing changes.
