Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Reviews are not done in a timely manner. And merit increases are not retroactive.

I did not receive a merit raise in the first-year review, even though I am rated very highly for every module.

Knowing the market value of my position in my area, I understand that SJVC is approximately 20-30% below the market for similarly qualified contributors. There are benefits to working for SJVC, but the pay rate is not one.
