Excellent! This is probably the most exciting job ive ever had. I work with and for great people and I look forward to going to work every day. I'm very impressed with people in other departments as well.

I love to be there! I get help when i need it and respect from everyone there.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k,?sick leave,?even vacation and Im only part-time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with a rock star teacher and shes always willing to help me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Fair, available, helpful, and makes me feel like i am an important member of the team
What makes you most happy at work?
Watching the students start with no knowledge of tge subject, then learn it, then love it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
One of my coworkers is an experienced instructor as is my manager and they have been extremely helpful to me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is that i am only part-time but i get sick time and vacation time (on a pro-rata basis).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
So many things. . . She is honest, fair, helpful, available, and obviously interested in doing the best for students and employees.?
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is open and easy. Our Dean treats everyone as if tgey were important abd tgat makes me wznt to stay.
What makes you most happy at work?
Teaching. I love being in the classroom and knowing im playing at least a small part in the future careers of my students. Hopefully, its a large part.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly and helpful and i dont see any of the sometimes "political" issues in our workplace. Everyone is professional. I think you hire the best people!
