The complete and comprehensive nature of it. Salary is not sacrificed in the name of good benefits. Good benefits are not sacrificed in the name of high salaries. So on and so forth. Packages are strong in all areas.

Flexibility in terms of occasionally working from home for those not working in a remote position is a big deal and makes things easier. There are also nice perks like compensation for use of public transit, lunch at the office, gym membership and having access to a personal development budget.
