Our transparent culture allows for everyone to feel comfortable sharing their feelings. I know that I can schedule time to go to coffee with our CEO, and that he will be present and listen to me. It's a great feeling when you know our opinion is valued.

The company is diverse despite the fact that it's very lacking in the executive team. Everyone for the most part is friendly and easy going. We all are committed to our roles in the company, but know how to have fun at the same time. My coworkers aren't just colleagues, I can call them my friends.
